so far the break has been good. keepin busy doing this and that. the new house is fun. still getting the marble flooring and carpet done so we're stuck in the living room for now. all good...but can't wait to move into my OWN room! here's my little week in review:
-headed up to irvine with ruthie and jesse to chill with susan before she heads out to redding. didnt tell the parentals where i was heading so when my phone rang and the caller id read "dad's work" i kinda hesitated to pick up, but took the chance anyways. told him i was LA figuring id get in trouble anyways, and all he said was, "ya know there's gonna be traffic later." muahahah..thats a damn moment folks! my parents are either #1 finally accepting im a grown child, or #2 too busy thinking about this new house of ours. i think it's the latter, but im not complaining! :)
-since the wild animal park is now practically next door to us, the sibs and cousin decided to spend a day there. fun stuff? eh...the place is boring. fyi, the damn tram ride is 60 minutes long! learned a couple things though....like how missle toe is grown and the difference between an antler and horn. cool stuff i guess
-friday was ruthie's 21st so we went to rock bottom...saw a couple of folks and my cousins. not too poppin' but it was cool.
-christmas weekend was the merriest ever. dont recall the last time that ALL of my family were together. happy times ya'll. i love the craziness of filipinos...damn karaoke and taking the left overs to another auntie's house the next day. i may sound biased, but i think i have one of the most beautiful families ever! ;p
