yesterday was a good day

1) midterm 1 over

2) jelly and i ran into katrina and tiffany. yaaay, FRIENDS! haha. we were too damn excited for our own good. i think we're all feeling a little lonely these days :(

3) bears lair with bejaine and jelly. that girl cracks me up without even trying.

3) PAHC meeting was cuute. i think its only with PAHC people that i feel comfortable being a **ahem**5th year**ahem**senior.

sidetracked

today i was eating lunch by myself at arinell pizza when the berkeley high kids come in for their own lunch. a group of boys come in, order their pizza and sit next to me. i notice one of the kids didnt order anything. its soo sad, it breaks my heart when i see kids with no lunch at school and they just sit there pretending theyre arent hungry when their friends offer food. sitting there feeling soo bad i promised myself that ill pack my own kids an extra lunch or two for those kids that dont have food. i also feel bad for kids who walk home...so when i see kids walking home from school, i think ill offer them a ride home (unless they live like 3 blocks away).

i stole green tea from work today :x i need it to stay up to study for my midterm on thursday.

went to ghiradelli for dessert on friday with mike and jordan...it was Mmm, Mmm gooood. i want another banana split.

im soo boring. i havent used my camera in forEVeeeeeR. hey guys, gimme a reason to!

it's definitely the PMS

haha..mike knows all about it. been soo freakin irritated and emo lately and the cramps dont help at all.

today mari called me and amidst our conversation she told me about a new drink to get at the bar. first thought was..."damn, when's the next time im gonna go to the bar?" i MISS the days when the girls would randomly hang out at thalassas, jupiter, our apartment, wherever and just...drink. we both were like, "its been sooooo long!" haha....those were definitely the days. i wanna be belligerant again.

today i watched the new greys anatomy with my roomates and their friends. i remember watching tv with madel and sherlyn. it was our time to just chill, laugh, hate on each other....whatever. i MISS the days when we would just hang out in the apartment and be lazy. i wanna laugh so hard my stomach hurts and i cant breathe again.

today mike asked what was going on tonight cause it was thursday and i always have something to do. i MISS having something to look forward to every weekend. whether it was a party, going to SF, a PAHC event..it didnt matter cause i always had plans. i MISS being busy with things to do other than school. i think i just wanna re-live last year all over again.

dont get me wrong, ive been having fun doing my thing but i admit sometimes i wish i had the people i had last year by my side.

me and jelly are lonely :( haha...soooooooo dramatic!

things on my mind...

first of all, the job situation is cool...but not. i like the job, i like the people. but should i be concerned that ALL female workers happen to be asian? it's a small business run by an older white male. Hmm...i admit it is a little awkward. as long as im not being discriminated against, it should be ok right?? im just gonna do what jelly said and take advantage of it. cause hey, thats the real world.

marine world was EH. maybe i hyped it up a little too much for me? got there an hour and a half late, stood in line another 1hr 30min to see danity kane. they only performed for 20 minutes but it was still hella fun. so after that i only got to go on one ride, and it wasnt even the good one :( and then ate funnel cake. i swear it feels like i wasnt even there. SIGH, now i know what people mean when they say marine world aint that cool. but shit, didnt have to burst my bubble. at least i ended the night with a drunken call from one of my favorite drunkyards! haha.

last night we had some good food with all of mike's BOYfriends. emphasizing boys because majority of the time im the only girl. it has its pros and cons.

so it turns out im interning for PAHC again. even went to the pahcing session on saturday. it was a mini-reunion with 5/8 of the people being core alum. i seriously heart those people :) my only hesitation? fear of comparing old core and new core.

and now? maybe im just PMSing but i feel overwhelmed all of sudden. BLEH.

in the library

the weekend was extremely cold. today is extremely warm. i am in a sweater. so i state again, i hate berkeley weather!

it's 1:06pm and at 2pm i have my first job interview eveeeeeer. it's a simple job that entails making phone calls to other businesses, nonetheless its a job and the only people that got back to me. not to mention the $12/hr aint too shabby. ahh...i hope i get the job. i need the money to help my parents out, even though they dont know im applying for work. i think ill tell them....tax season? haha jp. if i never mention this job again...you shall neither. (ie. i didnt get hired)

anyways...time to get professional and change my clothes. later gators.

EDIT:
I am now employed as an appointment setter (aka telemarketer) :D yaaay...my first job EVeeeR! and i found out that after 30 days my salary goes up to $14/hr..plus whatever commission i make. i must say it feels good to be employed.

i hate berkeley weather. it was doing soo well too! it's too cold to study. does that make sense? actually its just an excuse ;p

the deal was to test drive a scion at a toyota dealership and get two free tix, so we went down there with the quickness. the guy didnt want all five of us to test drive so he just gave us a bunch of extra tickets.

-berkeley students are such characters. there's folks protesting for people to stop flyering on sproul. hahaha...crazy fuckers.

-i walk into safeway and BAM....theres a stand for samples of mike's lemonade margarite mix. wtf?? i dont know bout ya'll, but i find that just a little bit odd.

-safeway now sells Jufran Banana Sauce...about effin time! now, when's the tocino gonna come?

-jelly drunk at top dog, she thanks the guy in portugese and he replies back in another language.
jelly: "what's that?"
