first of all, storytime: so passing through the security in the airport, i get stopped and they have to search my carry-ons. im thinkin, wtf do i have? well the guy opens my back pack and pulls out 3 of the most randomest things ever for a traveler to carry: a can of corn beef, a can of progresso soup, and a can of ligo sardines. i totally forgot i had those and he goes, uh, dont think youre allowed to bring these. geez, i was so embarrassed. i wasnt able to bring an extra suit case of food this time so i just grabbed those on my way out the house. HAHA. luckily they let me keep the cans.

oh gosh, kill me now. life sucks...papers, no mission (again?!), and the living situation still stinks (literally). i know other people have it worse, so ill just shut the fuck up right now.

haha siiike. feels damn good to be home though. i love my clean granny room, clean water to drink, and most especially a clean kitchen. geez, i hate my apartment. maybe thats why im so emo in berk?? it makes home feel like a hotel.

so thanksgiving is over already? dammit. black friday was cool. spent so much on so little. i need a haircut.

these next two weeks i have 3 papers due. ay nakU.

She's GONE

my mom calls me 8:30AM to inform me of her decision to rid my life of my beloved turtle because apparently no one is taking care of her at home. "im going to give it to the mexiCAN worker," are her words exactly. how mean is that? she couldnt even wait til i got home on wednesday. i swear i would have cried my eyes out if i wasnt out with people. i did kinda tear when my sister confirmed that she was gone.

this brings me back to sixth grade when i arrived home from school to find my backyard empty. my dad gave away the dog i begged and cried for. didnt even tell me ahead of time. "the dog is gone, i gave it to the shelter," were his exact words.

so here's to Oreo and Baby Love...my favorite pets of all time.

i tried to be a good girl and did my paper on sunday so i could study all day on monday, but my luck wouldnt let it happen and my computer just HAD to crash right before i printed it. sucks to be me. so i had til midnight last night to retype the whole thing. it got done and i went straight to henrys to celebrate.

random: i hate plucking my eyebrows. how do some girls have the patience to do it every morning? i do it...every week. but right now its been a week and a half. gross.

but what do you expect from a girl with a midterm and a paper due on the same day??

dwinelle is my new favorite place to study. it's quiet, you can eat, and you can answer you cell phone without having to whisper or step out (the latter does really pertain to me)the only downside is that the bathrooms are beyoooood disgusting. if i were a janitor i wouldn't clean that shit (literally) up either.

mike and i had an adventure and made some lasagna from scratch. cute huh? haha.

watching 07's senior show made me feel old and sad. old because i am and sad because i missed my own class.

speaking of class, i have the most interesting assignment for an essay. a bus ride to oakland...you'd definitely be surprised by what i discovered. oh world, you are more than fucked up.

ps. i bought my Cal umbrella and i promise you the instant i signed that receipt the rain stopped. now the sun is shining and i have yet to use it. again...oh world, you are fucked up.

that happened to me today...but then as i was walking i thought, "Hmm, maybe it's not THAT cold because i AM bundled up."
