first week of school...
eh...its more work definetly. i have four classes....chem 1A (i know, im late. its only now do i decide i MAY wanna go to med school), math, psych 2 (so far my fave cause ive always been interested in psychology. too bad i cant major in it), and anthro 3 (not so bad...just a lot of reading) so thats that....the only wack thing about this semester is that my classes are on total opposite sides of each other. i swear imma lose so much weight walking to each class. oh yea, and my hour breaks suck. there's nothing to do. i miss goin home between classes to eat and whatever. i feel like a commuter cause i stay on campus all day til my classes are over and i hesistate on buying food to eat...so what do i do? STUDY! yaay...its actually a good thing. i get more done. hmm..i still get to see roel all the time so thats a good thing. he's the best...walkin me to my classes and even sitting in some of my lectures. haha...im so spoiled. i also ride the buses more..i hate buses. 2nd year is weird..its like im not interested in partying or goin out anymore. i guess all of that was just freshman hype. its all good though...too much fun is not good. i also am not online a lot anymore...i guess im growing up? haha, i dont know.
the apartment is still goin good...i love my T1 connection..its so great. too bad we have to be quiet a lot. but we have two new roomates...marc (mari's b/f) and roel...hahhaha...its funny. all four of us in one room and all we do is cap on each other....gotta love it! oh yea...did i forget to mention that our tv is in eastern time cause its satellite? haha..so we got to see the VMAs before anyone did.
norwin, chris, norman, and marc had their housewarming party on friday...they're so lucky cause they can be as loud as they want and not get in trouble by the manager. i swear there were so many people on the balcony and playing hella loud music til like 3 in the morning and not one single complaint...WOW!

it's been awhile and a lot has happened....here's a summary
-left friday for fresno to visit my uncle in a van packed with 8 people and mad luggage
-saturday went to yosemite....saw some rocks and trees and big ones too!
-sunday headed to berkeley!...roel met the parents ; > my family stayed at the travis airforce base
-monday we got my stuff from the storage place and i took the fam around the campus. roel hung out with the fam again too ; >
-tuesday went out with my cousin from vallejo to SF....and got pulled over on the way home (hahaha...long ass funny story) my cousin got cited for 3 things....speeding at 79 mph (Bull shit!), following too close, and too many passengers. maan we got in trouble ; /
-wednesday we went to the jelly belly factory and napa valley (the wine country) then the family headed back to SD
-friday was our housewarming party...hella fun shit! roel got us some belvadere (sp?) ...thanks sweetheart! my roomates were fcked up..good thing i was sober enough to take care of them and everyone else. a lot of people came through. i even got to see drea for a little bit
-saturday...went to union city with roel to see his friend's band called nexus...then it was his housewarming with all his high school friends. we watched a tape they had from their high school days....and i saw him and his ex's....dun dun duuuuuuuuun...
so far things have been great! i love my roomates and our apartment...hella IKEAtized! i love it! it makes me wanna stay home. the gaia is the best....even though its small, its practically the newest apartment building in berkeley so its hella nice. oh yea....bad note...we got in trouble HELLA times already...the neighbors complained about the noise even when it was just us here and then at the party the manager was pissed. he said if we get another complaint he was gonna write us up, wtf?!!....booo to that! oh well...what can you do....tell the old lady next to us to move out of the college area bitch!
school starts tomorrow....fck! but im ready to kick ass this year..forreal.

WHOA...its already my last week here in SD. weeeird i tell ya! i have all these feelings...i guess its finally hitting me that im not gonna be seeing my family again until thanksgiving. gets me all sad. little darius is beginning his bell bopper years....edwin has his all-male performances and stuff....dang, i hate thinking about my brothers growing up without me around. especially darius. lately ive been looking at him all surprised at how tall he's getting. i bet when i get back he'll be my height already. haha...then i'll really be the shortest of the family. oh gosh...i better stop this. im just gonna put myself in the homesick mode before i even leave.

yesterday was soo freakin tiring...
forreals now, NO MORE SHOPPING for me....HOLLISTER is EVIL.....i curse sales....SIGH
anyways...so after a long ass day of errands with the grandparents i went out with madel and sherlyn cause it was chris' last week in SD before he heads back up to berkeley. original plan was to watch freaky friday and eat at da kines...haha. (he was actually down to watch that with us)...but of of course we ran late on our plans and just decided to eat out at a nice place...BENNIGANS...since we were in the area. haha. we spent a good 2 hours there choppin it up and laughing our heads off. good times definetly. then we wanted to see where chris was staying at the base so we went up to his room. its pretty nice, like a hotel. they even have their daily cleaning ladies. haha. it was cool casue ryan devera was on his floor too. even though madel and sherlyn were tryin to look nice for the rotc boys...i didnt care cause I GOT A MAN! right roel? muhahahahah....

i actually had fun this weekend...!
ruthie and jesse came over to visit friday night...that was cool cause i haven't seen her fat face in forever and a day. (haha...that's how we show our love). then saturday the whole fam had our check-up appointments at the dentist. i hate going to the dentist! pure torture, i swear. anyways...then later on that day i went with my sis and bros to the outlets in san ysidro. that was my first time there actually...haha. saw ruthie at work and she hooked up my bro with a discount at gap...$16 on pants...good shit. but maan, i saw some pants but were hesistant to buy them and when i went back today...they were gone :( i was soo sad. but oh well...saved myself some more money. oh yea...roel was drunk off his ass that night at a bachelor party...muahahahha! ;p he kept calling me...in a sad way it was kind of cute ; >
sunday was chill day with ruthie since she's leaving for jersey on tuesday and when she gets back i'll be gone. too bad people were lazy to come with us (ahem) haha..but its all good. we went to horton plaza cause ruthie gets her discount at gap there too...bought some pants ; > and cheap ass sandles at AE! it's all about smart shoppin! it was cool casue i ran into my best friends from elementary that i haven't seen in days...vanessa felicano and joelle tolledo...i was hella happy to see them. then off to urban outfitters where we coincidentally ran into jaimee (who claimed she was too lazy to shop with us and had no money) with her family. haha...its all good though cause heck id be shoppin with my mom too since she has the greens! later that day we met up with jaimee and susan and went to seaport to chill for a bit since i had to be home by 9 (yea i know, early!) its so pretty at night. i cant believe all the people that were there. brought back memories...(aww...) then they came over to my house to watch One hour photo...hella crazy/twisted movie.
after they left i talked to ROEL...yaay! it was our 3 months yesterday ; > he's really got to be one of the sweetest guys ever. i can't believe we got through the summer with barely seeing each other....thats gotta say somethin about us! he makes me soo happy...ahhhhh..i can't wait to see this fool....i leave next weekend! oh shit.....12 more days....
oh yea...i want a hermit crab from the mall. theyre soo pretty! im gonna get one for my pet in the apartment ;>

bored at home. fck i wanna go back to berkeley. my YOUNGER brother went out last night...leaving the house at 8:30 and coming home after 1...fck him. that bastard! would i be let out like that? dont think so. bull shit crap!!
anyways...its finally AUGUST! yaaaY! 16 more days til i leave. i called in for the electricity in our apartment and mari called in for our new apartment phone number....yaay! how exciting! mari is moving in aug. 5 since she's already up there. im jealous. ive been cooking alot lately...hope i can do that in our apartment! haha..
so i got an "A" in my humanities class...yaay! maan if only the freakin grade transferred. boo to that! or better yet if berkeley were that easy!! oh maan, wish!
guys that sell cell phones at the mall are annoying. i used to think that some of them were cute...but now....BLEH! it's like "get away!! i already have a damn fckn phone bitch" haha....damn that was harsh. but forreal though, this guy talked to me for like 15min...sure he was cute, but damn!
