DAY 2

(was actually yesterday)

sherlyn helped herself out by helping me out....my time is now an increased 3 minutes instead of 6. greeeeeeeeat! much more attainable :) though, i must say that running on a treadmil is sooo much better than the track. i think the distance makes my heart sink so i give up automatically. but the track..its like a race against the machine, ya know? ;p

anyways...got the brows threaded. that lady needs to get socked. tell me....why she spends like 5-10 minutes doin this Indian chick's brows and spends like 2 on mine?? i swear i was in and out of the chair in flash. i checked the brows before leaving and they looked fine. later that night i look under some light and notice some hair lingering here and there. biatch.

spent friday yet again with the girls....shopping in SF. i love that city :)

PCN today...then PCN afterparty in SF.

for now...i see i have my appointment with my coach! peace!
